In the Collection page, click the collection dropdown at the top and select 'Create New Collection'. You can have separate collections for different purposes - like 'Personal', 'For Sale', or 'Wishlist'.

There are two ways: 1) Use the AI Card Scanner to snap photos of your cards for automatic identification (25 scans/month free, unlimited with PRO), or 2) Browse the Catalog, find a card, and click 'Add to Collection' (unlimited, no scan limit).

When adding a card, you can specify if it's graded. Select the grading company (PSA, BGS, CGC, etc.) and the grade. Each copy of a card can have different conditions tracked separately.

We primarily use recent eBay sold prices for accurate market values. For cards without recent sales, we fall back to TCGPlayer market prices. Values update automatically as new sales are recorded.

Yes! Go to Collection settings and use the Import feature. We support CSV files. You can also export your collection to CSV anytime for backup or analysis.

The app shows your progress toward completing each set. You'll see a completion percentage and which cards you're missing, making it easy to finish your master sets.

When adding a card copy, you can enter your purchase price. This lets you track your cost basis and see your actual profit/loss versus market value changes.

A search profile is a saved search that monitors eBay for specific cards or products. When a listing matches your criteria and is below your price threshold, you get an alert.

Go to Search Profiles and click 'New Profile'. Enter your search keywords, set your target price threshold, and configure notification preferences. You can also link a profile to a specific card from the catalog for smarter matching.

We continuously scan eBay for new listings matching your profiles. When we find a listing priced below your threshold (based on our calculated baseline price), we send you an alert via email, Discord, or in-app notification.

FREE accounts check for new listings every 15 minutes. PRO accounts check every 2 minutes - that's 7.5× faster, giving you a significant advantage on hot deals before they sell out.

You set a percentage (e.g., 20% below baseline). When a listing is at least that much cheaper than the calculated market price, you get an alert. Lower thresholds mean fewer but better deals.

You can get alerts for: Buy It Now listings, Auctions, Best Offer listings, Price Reductions on watched items, and Ending Soon auctions. Enable whichever matter most to you.

Our scanner uses multiple AI techniques: image hashing for visual matching, CLIP embeddings for semantic understanding, and OCR to read card names and collector numbers. This multi-layer approach gives high accuracy even with difficult cards.

Good lighting is key! Place the card on a plain background, ensure the entire card is visible, and hold the camera steady. The scanner works best with cards that aren't in sleeves with heavy reflections.

Yes! Use the 'Binder Scan' feature to capture multiple cards at once. The AI will detect and identify each card separately, saving you tons of time when cataloging large collections.

If automatic matching fails, you can manually search for the card and add it. The scanner learns from corrections, so the more you use it, the better it gets. You can also report mismatches to help improve the system.

No, scanning requires an internet connection since the AI processing happens on our servers. This allows us to use more powerful models than would be possible on-device.

Go to Stock Monitors, click 'New Monitor', and either paste the product URL or search for the product. We'll automatically extract the SKU and start monitoring.

When a monitored product comes back in stock, you get an instant notification. Speed matters for hot products, so we check frequently and notify immediately.

PRO subscribers can enable auto-open. When a stock alert triggers, the product page automatically opens in a new browser tab, giving you a head start on checkout before it sells out again.

For Target, yes! You can specify your local store ID to monitor store-specific inventory. This is perfect for products with limited in-store availability.

Go to My Listings and click 'Connect eBay Account'. You'll be redirected to eBay to authorize the connection. We use official eBay OAuth, so your credentials are never shared with us.

From any card in your collection, click 'Sell on eBay'. Select the copy you want to sell, set your price, and choose your listing policies. We pre-fill details from the catalog to save you time.

eBay requires you to set up business policies for fulfillment (shipping), payments, and returns. Create these in your eBay Seller Hub first, then select them when publishing listings through our app.

Currently, you can manage listings (end, relist) but full editing requires going to eBay Seller Hub. We're working on adding full edit capabilities.

When a card sells on eBay, you'll see the status update in My Listings. Make sure to ship promptly and update the tracking on eBay. The card remains in your collection until you manually remove it.

Badges are earned through various achievements: scanning your first card, reaching collection milestones (100 cards, 1000 cards), completing sets, earning high grades, and participating in the community. Check the Badges page to see all available achievements.

Competitions are timed challenges where collectors compete on specific metrics - like who can add the most value to their collection in a week, or who can complete a set first. Join competitions from the Competitions page.

The feed shows interesting activities from collectors you follow and trending content. This includes rare card additions, badge earnings, and notable collection changes. You can like and comment on activities.

Leaderboards rank collectors across different metrics: total collection value, percentage gains, card count, graded card count, and PSA 10 count. Filter by timeframe (daily, weekly, monthly, all-time) to see different rankings.

Yes! In settings, you can set your collection to private. Private collections won't appear in the activity feed or on your public profile, but you can still participate in competitions.

Email notifications are enabled by default using the email from your Google account. Go to Settings > Notifications to customize which alert types trigger emails.

In your Discord server, go to Server Settings > Integrations > Webhooks and create a new webhook. Copy the webhook URL and paste it in Settings > Notifications > Discord. PRO subscribers can receive all alert types via Discord.

Alert types include: Price drop alerts from search profiles, stock alerts from monitors, social notifications (follows, likes, comments), badge earnings, and system announcements. Customize each type's delivery method in Settings.

Tighten your search profile thresholds (e.g., only alert on 30%+ discounts instead of 10%). You can also pause individual profiles or monitors without deleting them.

If you're using our mobile app, yes! Enable push notifications in the app settings. Desktop web notifications are not currently supported but are on our roadmap.

You keep access to all your data. Search profiles beyond the free limit become inactive (you choose which 3 stay active). Stock monitor auto-open stops, and refresh rates change to 15 minutes.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay through Stripe. Your payment info is stored securely by Stripe, not on our servers.

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. Contact support@nearmint.cards with your account email and we'll process it promptly.
